Begin the hotel development process with Best Western in a few easy steps:

1. Complete our brief Information Request form online to get started.
2. One of our Regional Directors will contact you to discuss your vision, introduce you to our brand and guide you through the development process.
3. Your application for membership will be considered by Best Western's Board of Directors.
4. Once the Board of Directors approves your application, just sign your membership agreement and you're on your way to becoming part of Best Western^® Hotels & Resorts.

Onboarding Team

To help ensure a smooth transition to the Best Western brand, a dedicated New Member Development Manager will be your central point of contact, and will help orchestrate a successful interaction with a variety of highly skilled and talented professionals, including architects, designers, and procurement advisors. Our team will guide you through all the stages of your new build or conversion - planning, architecture, construction, design, procurement and more, all the way through opening day.
