Best Western Hotels & Resorts

Fees and Revenue

The most recognized name in American hospitality is now the leader in lodging around the world. Today's Best Western® Hotels & Resorts drives revenue and profits to our member-owners through a powerful and proven core business model that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers worldwide.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts today boasts a RevPAR index that has outperformed the industry year after year. Membership costs are low by industry standards - about one-third to one-half of the hotel franchise fees of other major lodging chains. Our concept assures member-owners' entrepreneurial independence, and the democratic freedom to determine the organization's strategic growth. Our fees are tied to the number of rooms on property, not to a percentage of gross room revenue. It's no surprise that 97% of our member-owners renew each year.
