Q:How long is your contract?
A:  We have a one-year membership affiliation and 98% of members renew each year.

Q:What are your fees?
A:  Our fees are tied to the number of rooms on property. They are not tied to a percentage of gross room revenue.

Q: Where do you need new hotels?
A: We look in areas where Best Western is under-represented so as not to negatively impact our current members.

Q:Do you have prototype plans available?
A:  Yes. Best Western currently offers mid-market and upper mid-market select service prototypes. We have numerous architectural firms that will work with our members. Please contact your Regional Director for additional information.

Q:How do Best Western members find out about and stay up to date on Best Western's marketing programs and other services?
A:  All new members attend an orientation at Best Western International, Inc. headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. This provides an excellent opportunity to meet key staff members and get a first look at the broad array of services available. As changes and enhancements are made to Best Western's marketing, sales, education and supply programs, members stay up to date through a members-only website called, mybestwestern.com.
